Description:
As per previous report trail has some erosion issues and is rough in sections, but all are now passable and the more significant issues have been marked.
Slumps just east of the Rifle Range have been repaired by machine and traffic will now help smooth the tread.
Approx 2 km further along at the next twisty climb section the creek has made the 2 ford crossings deeper. Repairs will be made once the water stops flowing.
All significant blowdowns have been cleared but the whole trail has lots of branches and rocks on the tread. Taking a short break from your ride/ run/ hike to chuck some debris would really help get the trail rolling smoothly again!
Also, please try and use the whole width of the trail to help keep it nice and wide and easy for all users, especially those on adaptive bikes.
