Description:
I don't know about the last 1.5 mile on the north end but the rest of this section has recently been cleared. The CDT has been cleared for a couple miles south of Bison Mtn. too. going further south it's been cleared for hikers (many trees left on the ground that can be steped over) as far as Thunderbolt Mtn.

We rode most of the north half of this section today, from the Joe Bower saddle Kiosk -north- to the high point and cleared 6 new downfall. So... view

We cleared downfall from the Blackfoot Meadows trail going north 5 miles to the Joe Bowers Saddle Kiosk again. Only ten trees this time:) view
