Jul 07, 2026 Timber Creek Trail Report

We accessed the Snowbank Trail via the Timber Creek ATV double track. The climb up Timber Creek was surprisingly smooth and clear of downfall. Once at the Timber Crk Pass junction with Snowbank the trail was 100% clear of snow and downfall with a few wet spots, but nothing impassable. Conditions to the Iron Creek trail junction were great, with some super fun, flowy and technical sections. The descents get increasingly moto'd out as the trail continues towards Bull Creek. Across the length of the trail, the climbs are really steep–we hike-a-biked as much as we rode. Our Strava recordings were about 21-22miles with 5800-6000 ft of climbing but we started about 4miles up the main road. The views and wildflowers were stunning!
