Description:
Trail effectively cut at Eglinton, tried to find bypass above but there is triple police camera with loudspeaker "you are trespassing" "you are recorded" "restricted area".

Bushwacking through train tracks no fun.

There must be a better way.

Totally blocked by construction at the North end. No idea when that'll be clear. Pretty good condition otherwise. Don Meadows area is still... view

There's been a utility company working along eglinton for some time now, and they were specifically working right there as of a few months ago. But I thought that was all done by now. But also, there's been off and on work going on with the bala line tracks for a few years now, that might have flared up again. In either case, I'd expect it to be temporary. As noted, can use the Eccletson access on the north side, and there is a connector trail out to the Latvian center parking on the south side.

This entrance is likely still open

For sure. There is no indication coming from S you will be harassed and there is no problem coming in, trail is in best shape. Until you can't continue.

@mhaar: You'd think they'd put a fence across the end of Kitchen Sink if they wanted to keep people out.

Does the Everything And Exit still exist in case construction cuts the end of the trail off again?
