For the northbound rider, the exit ramp from under the tracks has a hole developing right off the top of the ladder, due to a small collapse in the river bank. i'd rate it as a pretty serious hazard, except only an expert is likely even to attempt the ladder in the first place. but even that expert rider could be over the bars if their wheel placement is off by just a few inches.
