Trails mostly in good condition, and fairly dry and loose, but a good ride. Looks like the local crew have also been improving all the berms in sections of this trail, and should be a good downhill trail once they have finished it all

Zipper is riding like a dream - berm work has been done to improve the flow, when the soil is a bit damp, the grip here is high! view
