Description:
Fantastic trail! So worth it! Super techy but it all goes. Loose rock trail for the first third, then a fantastic tech section with large rocks that you have to pick lines through and over, and then a more chill fast section. For any S2S Canadians, if you can ride the North Shore at black or double black you are fine… instead of roots you have rocks as your obstacles! 
Also the beginning hike a bike is pretty chill. Take the right side Sentiero Cinque route and it goes to the top of Carmo with basic bike pushing, no shouldering. Then ride down to the saddle where the trail starts.
