Report for entire park, not just the red loop
The entire trail system needs a lot of attention. In current state, I do not recommend riding here.
-the trails are very overgrown.
-many of the wooden trail features needed to ride safely are in terrible shape
-downed trees everywhere
-there is a lot of misc. thrash that might pose damage to bike wheel and appendages
-I would tell smaller parties to be aware as we saw quite a few homeless people consuming alcohol in multiple places
-erosion on the trail has exposed a lot of roots that are difficult to roll over
