Description:
I use this tool to weed-whack the trail. It even survived the Woolsey Fire. I've been keeping this trail clear for many years, but now I'm putting out a call for help. It's easier to cut this stuff while it's green and before it flowers. When it begins flowering, the bees will be out en-mass. When it dries, it's dusty, hot and tough to cut down and rattle snakes will be somewhere in the mix. Now is the time to get it done.
I bought this wood handled version at Home Depot. I've included a product link for one similar, but I personally like the wood handle because it's lighter. I also recommend a pair of leather gloves so you don't wear out your riding gloves.
