** COUGAR IN THE AREA **
A large, aggressive, cougar was in the area on the evening of May 2. It charged people with dogs and had to have rocks and sticks thrown at it for the people to back away. It was eventually treed by an off leash dog. Be aware of your surroundings, leave the ear buds at home, keep your head up, ride with friends!
