Description:
Fence at top and bottom still state that it's closed. Seems like they're actively working on it and there are about 4 or 5 pieces of earth moving equipment parked along the trail. They've widened the logging road as part of their construction, have made several clearings for no apparent reason, and have laid branches over the sides for what will eventually become a narrower multi use trail. I think they removed the old culverts and have added gravel ditches instead. Dirt at the top is still really soft from their dirt moving equipment but the bottom is a packed fire road.
