This is a well maintained trail. Fast and flows well. Right 1.5 mile loop if you stay on the outside loop. We try and discourage riding here when it is wet and muddy as it tear up the trails. Be prepared to share the trails with walkers, runners and dogs so while we encourage people to ride and have fun be prepared. The outside loop is free of jumps and obstacles/tech you stuff though a brand new 25'+ log skinny was just added next to the main trail. If you want a bit more adventure take the inner trail and there are more log stacks to go over but no way to skip them. There is another nice log skinny to ride there as well. As the leaves clear off the trail it gets drier and more fun to ride.
