Description:
from the ranger 11/03/20: Access to the GWRC forest via Campbell’s Mill Road is currently closed. The landowner 2/3rds of the way up Campbell’s Mills has stopped public access due to health & safety reasons. The Forests can still be accessed via Perhams but the Whakatikei Forest is off limits due to the harvesting of pines taking place, We have signage in place advising the NO PUBLIC ACCESS areas so please follow all signage.
