Description:
Large tree down across trail, blocking trail; multiple large and small trees down on entire loop up to Unfit Settlement Viewpoint and back down the other side to service road. Trail fall-line erosion in several places. Snow on trail as you reach viewpoint, very muddy and rutted trail in several places at top ~ please be kind to the trail up here.
