This was yesterday 5/14/20. A lot of purposefully downed trees significantly blocking much of the single track.

 Can anyone just go to these trails and clean em' up in spots?
I'm rediscovering MTBing again after a long hiatus, and just downloaded this app.
But I'm truly curious, since I have loppers, rakes, hoes, shovels, and chainsaws, if just anyone can go into these places to do trail work, or do we need special permission from somewhere or some person?
