3 km PMC outer loop is a 2 mile popular intermediate route located near Minnedosa Manitoba. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 6 trails. This route climbs 129 ft with a max elevation of 1,873 ft then descends -121 ft.

Trail PMC East
Nice trail, but the mosquitos are terrible, and there is a few larger muddy sections with standing water on the north section. If you stop you will have 100's of mosquitos on you!! We had to make a exit at the nw to get off the trail due to this.
