Detailed Description
Alpine Page Meadows Loop is a 13 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Tahoe City California. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 9 trails. This route climbs 1,199 ft with a max elevation of 7,255 ft then descends -1,230 ft.

Would agree with the blue comment after riding this section and the warm canyon section in the same day. They are not even in the same ballpark

After living in the area for a year this is my favorite technical descent. Mostly loose rock with 5 or 6 sections of drops in the first half mile, then you get into pine needle flowy stuff with a couple nice drops towards the bottom to take you to Truckee River, just stay left when you see the fork.

Rode this 6/24/19. Still snow to be hiked over and treefall. Trail passable, but be prepared to get scratched up by overgrown encroaching brush.
