High Point
This is a trail / xc route; trail conditions can change due to flash flooding and moisture; please stay off trails when muddy This is clay and will wreck the trail and your bike if you ride when sloppy. In winter months it has a tendency to be ok in the am and as afternoon temps rise the moisture in the soil thaws and then becomes a mess; ask locals if there is residual moisture still surfacing in the afternoons!
