Capitol View Park is a 250-acre park in Frankfort with softball fields, soccer fields, picnic areas and a basketball court. Surrounding these areas are a great network of trails for the beginner and experienced rider. The trails consist of mostly tight twisty single track, a few creek crossings, a fire road, one downhill section, two whoop-de-do sinkholes, and some jumps.

Capitol View Park is a 9 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Frankfort Kentucky. This mountain bike only route and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 677 ft with a max elevation of 747 ft then descends -670 ft.
