The course starts at the Riverland Road parking lot at the base of the mountain. Cruise up the gravel road and turn on Woodthrush. Elite, Sport, and Single Speed categories will continue past Sidewinder to left on VA Pine, following it around back to Woodthrush and then left onto Sidewinder. All other categories will turn right onto Sidewinder from Woodthrush. From Sidewinder all will turn right onto the JB Fishburn Parkway and cross the street. Head down Monument trail. At the bottom, turn left on the Mill Mountain Greenway. Make a right on the Big Sunny trail. Bear to the left at the fork onto Riser trail. At the top of Riser, make a left on Ridgeline trail and head to the finish line at the Disco Center
