Dla zgłodniałych po drodze m.in.: knajpka "Sen O Dolinie" z dobrym żurkiem u wylotu Doliny Kobylańskiej (koniec Kobylany Flow), barek z przekąskami (domowe ciasta, zapiekanki) "Pod Puchaczówką" w Dolinie Prądnika, Karczma Maciejówka w Czajowicach (szybko podany obiad) i sklep Lewiatan (izotoniki na wieczór).

Dolinki Flow is a 33 mile popular intermediate unsanctioned route located near Zabierzów. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction. This route includes 19 trails. This route climbs 4,247 ft with a max elevation of 1,615 ft then descends -4,234 ft.

Trasa dość trudna, w paru miejscach rower trzeba przenosić, w kilku innych jechać "na wiarę" że będzie kontynuacja. Ale generalnie widokowa i zwiedza się większość dolinek

Trail Leśnicy
To wszystko zależy od przeważającego sposobu wykorzystania ścieżki w ramach danej miejscówki. Coś co w jednym miejscu będzie drogą dojazdową, może w innej miejscówce być przykładowo zielonym trailem typu Dirt/gravel road. Trzeba kontekstowo i indywidualnie każde miejsce traktować.
