If your mtn bike is alergic to road (4km) perhaps consider shuttling Wink

It's a loop, with 4-5km of road riding to the south part of the system via Mt. Begbie, and Clough Road to Roadway Ramble. Then ride trails all south to north and west to east in the direction suggested. A bit of a climb back on nordic trail to dusty beaver and then finish with flow down all the way back to where we started and parked the car.
