14km Loop
This route is a great beginner/intermediate tour of Rowallan Park. It contains many escape points along the route, which makes it a great route to take beginner and intermediate riders. It contains beginner loops of 101, 102 and Jellyfish trails before entering Flow Trail otherwise known as Bee Line.

You can choose to escape after this right down Kanaka Track, or amp it up a little by turning left and hitting Horsefly and Dire Straits. After this there is another chance to escape down Pip's Playground, or rachet it up to ten by heading right up to Switchbacks and dropping into Organ Donor followed by Dragon's Back B Line which then heads onto Pip's Playground flowing into Wild Turkey and down Hammerhead.

Here there is another chance to cop out at the hut and take the fire trail back or you can take the scenic route by flowing into Superbowl and onto Jellyfish. This will take you under and over the bridge then into 102 trail and into 101 trail before dropping into the bermlicious Pine Plot.
