Good sized CCW Loop utilizing some of the northern BCT singletrack and Camp Verde trails. Most of the route is on dirt roads with a short bit of pavement near the end.

Detailed Description
Mingus East Loop is a 41 mile popular intermediate route located near Mayer Arizona. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 4,280 ft with a max elevation of 5,442 ft then descends -4,276 ft.

    Nice addition to the BCT, well marked thanks to those who put up signs, rock piles, and some rock borders! Has potential to be nice and flowy, right now lots of cow prints, would not recommend riding when muddy. Watch out for the wild bull south of the underpass ;-)

    Trail is dry and clear. A few loose rock spots; agree with Kiwi that it’s very similar to Blowout Wash.

    The trail it connects to that’s green is horrible. Don’t do it.
