Minor Water drainage issue, standing water on trail surface on upper section but this is typical for this trail. Afformetioned tree has been removed.

Recent rains have knocked down the dust and allowed for some reshaping and dirt work in the Kombucha harvest section (clearcut after road crossing). @capitolforestDH & crew are working to complete major dirt work in the coming weeks as we get more rain. Check the Instagram page @capitolforestDH for work party dates.

Clear cut section is fast and very loose, but everything in the trees is fairly tacky with tons of grip.

Fun trail with loose rocks. Nice and wide. Couple muddy sections but the mud is easy to avoid by going to the sides. Quite fun to descend as well as climb.
