Detailed Description
Nova Milkshake is a 21 mile intermediate route located near Nova Lima. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 14 trails. This route climbs 2,431 ft with a max elevation of 4,745 ft then descends -2,420 ft.

    Trilha foi refeita, curvas estão com bastante escora permitindo a descida em alta velocidade. Pontes estão em excelente condição. Agora têm poucas pedras soltas, perdeu muitas bolinhas de gude na reforma :)
