Course for intro into Parklands for the intermediate rider. Moderate fitness and moderate technical skills required. Take easy going down T Track as old school hand cut, great longer descent. Cancer tree is a pretty ride out and Bluetounge nice smooth flow trail, just check your speeds and get familiar before letting go.
