Raking from Hatchet Boy down to Kitselas road should be finished this weekend. Warren Copeland cleared the leaves off the trail above Hatchet Boy with the leaf blower yesterday (way to go Warren!). Trail has its regular slightly slippery clay sections, especially below Hatchet Boy, where they're more than just slightly slippery (on foot at least).

Slick n Slide! Lots of leaves down in sections and tons of slippery roots, but minimal standing water and still as fun as ever. Sections of the trail that have been raked: *Johnstone Trailhead to ~1.25km marker. *T2 to Griff's. *The last 100m (ish) reporter

We took out the giant birch that snapped and was hanging over the trail. Trail is clear and DRY!
