Shsta Vortex 2 Enduro Race is a 4 stage Enduro. It has 8 miles of timed sections. 1,000ft of climbing and 5,000ft of descending. The race starts out by climbing the fire road up Marmot to the East Perimeter trail. The first stage is the lower half of the Downhill trail. Then racers will go up the Marmot Chairlift to Stage 2 the Flow trail. Next racers will go up the Douglas chairlift to Stage 3 the Backside trail. last the racers will go back up the Douglas chairlift to the 4th and final stage the full Downhill trail.

      pretty fun ride down the flow trail. it rained the night before the ride so the trail was pretty muddy in spots...still a blast though
