This is a very easy course with just a few exceptions. When the trail reports show that the trails are in good condition this would by far be the best route to introduce someone to mountain biking at the state park.       The high areas of the trail have dried and are in good condition, however the low sections are still very muddy with significant standing water. Vegetation has grown significantly along the trail with the recent rain. reporter
