Penzer Bike Skills park was created by the City of Langley in partnership with Hoots Inc. The bike park is located at 47th Avenue and 200th Street in Langley, BC. The bike park with feature a series of dirt jumps, drops, wall rides, set-up jumps, a box, a pump track as well as a series of skinnies.
