This trail is great for trail running and hiking. It's a fun tight twisty trail that is best biked from top to bottom, but there are a few very punchy climbs. The soil is loose and loamy in a few places so if its wet the corners can be spicy if you are going too fast. Be repaired to meet dog walkers or people on dirt bikes. The visibility is not great at times and the proximity to the highway can mask any sound.
