Adapt is a wider shared use trail for walkers and cyclists as an alternative to using the steep fire road or Cotton Canyon Part One. Most importantly, it offers an Adaptive MTB (aMTB) suitable trail to allow riders to get to other parts of the reserve and other aMTB suitable trails. All riders should appreciate that will be walkers, aMTB riders and other users on the trail going both directions.
