Smooth dirt singletrack through the wide open grass. The trail goes up and down and bit, and has some tight turns, but mostly smooth with a clear line of sight. Good trail for kids to practice on.

The south end has a little flowy switchback section that goes pretty fast, but no berms and pretty narrow. Fun to slide a bit down, and a bit of a grunt up if going CCW

Overgrown in some spots to the north; there’s a new trail forming where weeds have grown in. Loose, dry sand on some of the switchbacks.

One section is washed out, some of the trail is trimmed back, and most of the trail is very overgrown and difficult to traverse.

Access from the Murdock trail, which you can connect to from south of Smith's. Or you can get there from the neighborhood to the south. The sign with the trail map is a bit confusing since it faces south. You need to rotate it 180° to orient correctly. And the map gives the trails different names for some reason.
