This trail runs across flat and rolling desert for most of its course. At about 3.75 miles there is one significant rock face descent into a steep climb with moderate drops, step ups, and some exposure to a 20 ft. fall. The grade on this section is pretty steep, but enough warning and visibility that an Intermediate rider should be able to judge if they can ride or walk that section.

Great green trail for beginners...and then somebody secretly replaced the middle of the trail with a balls-to-the-wall expert trail to see if we’d notice. It’s like that nightmare you had when you were little and you were riding your bike through the alley behind the Albertsons on fifth street. Then suddenly, the alley became a mountain made of sharp, merciless rocks on the edge of a cliff. But don’t worry, there’s lots of plants around to break your fall...sharp, angry pointy plants called cactuses. Or cacti if you’re the intellectual type. Have you ever ridden your bike up a staircase? That’s because it’s impossible. What if I spilled rocks and sand all over it? Now it’s even less possible.

A solid green start and finish .... The middle is A great spot for beginners to learn how to hike a bike.....

Not really a green trail...except for the beginng and end part. The middle (hilly) section in certainly an expert level trail with high consequences if you stray from the path. Fun but dont expect a laid back ride. The previous comment is spot on

someone spilled a little black paint in the big green bucket Lol There a cool rocky exposed section in the middle of this trail. I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. The rest of the trail is pretty much flat though. The part that goes into that little mountain in the middle is pretty rad with a bit of a gnarly downhill(counterclockwise) along the edge of a decent size cliff. Please be aware of this section if you’re thinking of bringing along true beginners.

This trail is unheralded - super fun night ride with outstanding views for my first lap on it. A tough blue, but no single obstacle on this is that hard.

A super trail that connects the desert by the Southern Highlands to Mountains Edge; be ready for the two mini-mountains you have to climb, each with techy terrain that will have you hike-a-biking here and there.

It was my first time on this trail and I very much enjoyed it! It has very good flow and had a surprising challenging section in the middle. It was very easy to get speed in certain sections but wasn't too easy that it was boring.
