Pista que lleva desde Llanos del Hospital hasta la Besurta. Utilizada por los pastores de la zona y el bus que sube y baja pasajeros. Para hacer senderismo es preferible utilizar una senda que se toma más al norte en los llanos del hospital.
Desconozco si está permitido el paso de vehículos a motor.
