Great trail that climbs nicely and is really not technical, except for some sandy turns and some embedded rocks to climb up and over. The same rocks you can get a bit sendy on as you descend down to the main Fort Mead - Centennial Trailhead. This part of the trail is deep in the trees, so it is pretty green and stays a bit damp and tacky.
