mtb Condition 4. Trail is running well and is fast. It is quite dry in the clear cut and the right corner after the step up in the clear is loose. No issues noticed on the trail. reporter Dryview

mtb Needs a "One Way/Downhill Travel Only" sign at the very bottom section. I ran into two runners coming up the trail which seems unnecessarily dangerous. To their credit the sign had been removed or obscured after recent trail work and was never reinstalled. Idealview

mtb Subpar Conditions(2)
Upper corners have some bomb holes and could use a little bit of work. Upper area of the trail before it gets into the technical section is in great condition. Once it gets into the tech section it starts getting really greasy and needs some drainage work. Muck pits, standing water, and some boggy areas. Step down step up step down area needs a little bit of work on the takeoffs. A couple boggy sections in the lower area but it's running really well. reporter		 Variableview
