Smithers' flowing singletrack mixed with some machine built sections at the bottom. This trail has just about everything, it is steep and technical switchbacks at the top and flowy/fast in the middle to bottom. Along the way there are lots of berms, jumps, drifty corners, and smack-tastic fun. Maybe one of the more popular trails from the top of the bluff for a good reason.

Lots of new trail work to improve both drainage and make things better! Give it some time to dry out! Trail partially closed for now.

Old trail was way more fun. Mostly sandy berms now.

We're sorry you feel that way, we are working to incorporate some of the old features alongside the new additions. Fall line is fun, but unfortunately water likes it as well!

The lower section of Auntie Flo is named “Smoothie” on the wooden trail sign... not sure if Smoothie and Auntie Flo are mixed up on trail forks? At least on the top... I’m not sure which trail I’m riding?

Two trees across the left trail option (steep/straight) on upper anti flow. Largest is ~20cm where it crosses the trail.
