First part of path is a nice padded grass trail but the lollipop loop section is very narrow and not well maintained. It is rideable but more of a game trail than an official mountain bike trail. It's for the adventurous, and is passable, but watch for pokeys and low branches.
This trail is unsanctioned.

This trail had been obliterated by new trails cut by the homeowners to the south and west. The original trail is now obscured by all the newly cut and maintained paths.
The central section that cuts North West from the entry path to the big circle is completely overgrown. Only way to get through is to use the Trailforks app and hike-a-bike.
Suggest this trail be remapped or removed.
