Gated access road able to be ridden to get to various points in the park. Bay View is an old fire break, with sections of it being one way, all well sign posted.
Be aware of Park and emergency vehicles will sometimes use this road.
From Skulls Hub at the top of Treehugger use it to get down to water tank trails at the top of Tank. Tank One way- Downhill.

From the water tank down to Scoot and Swish it is one way - downhill.
