This trail starts from the main parking area at Blowing Springs and climbs up the hill. Turn right at the first junction to stay on the trail, climb a little more, and the bear left at the top junction. From here it's a fast flowy trail with a couple small rock drops and one medium rock drop if you stay trail left. It finishes up at the junction of the North Upper Trail and Back 40 Trail.
