Paved bike path from Sevier through Marysvale Canyon to Big Rock Candy Mountain. This paved path follows the old railroad grade left by Denver & Rio Grande's historic Marysvale Branch. There's even an old railroad tunnel (the trail goes around it, not through).

This paved trail runs all the way from the town of Central Valley (next to the church/park on the main street), through Elsinore and Joseph, and up the canyon to Candy Mountain area. Almost the entire trail is a separate path from the roads (nice!), so you don't have to fight traffic. Not a lot of elevation change, just a few hills and grades. I rode it on my gravel bike and it is just under 40 miles out-and-back from Central Valley. Took between 2.5 and 3 hrs including a few stops along the way. Nice scenic ride, especially the canyon. Obviously no technical mountain bike terrain, but worth it for the views if you are into that sort of touring.
