I went there a few days ago. I cannot imagine how anyone could define this as a bike trail xD. You must be absolutely hardcore if you want to ride this route. It mostly contains of very edgy rocks which often do not allow for a decent pathfinding. And stepping down is not always an option because the "trail" is too narrow or steep.

you can ride trough the woods underneath the rocky ridge and go up just at the very end, then ride the trail down to the wildegg castle wich is more flow, but still challenging.

I like this trail alot, 95% is rideable except to very short sections where you need to lift up the bike for some meters. Yes it is challenging especially the technical way up over the ridge but it can be ridden for sure.

Technischer Trail mit 4 kurzen Tragepassagen aufwärts. Bei Trockenheit und genug Tempo recht flüssig zu fahren.

Very nice technical trail. About 4 very short hiking passages.
