mtb The west end of Cleod9 is no more. Since this end of the trail encroaches on Howard Hughes LLC development land and they seem to be developing every single acre, Cleod9 will likely require a substantial reroute for an uninterrupted connection with Wicked Garden and Supply Chain. Unknownview

mtb Running fast like Just The Trail MTB said, but also lots of loose rocks on the trail. Likely a combo of the rains and some a-hole dirt bikers on the trail. I saw some last week. ARGH! Idealview

mtb It's not closed. May not be ideal riding on it middle of the work week with a few worker trucks running up and down, but 70% plus is still single track and open. Mid section has been converted to road but it's only about 4-5 minutes of section (when climbing). Unknownview

mtb Not closed yet. But likely will be soon. Rode this morning (Aug 17th) and no issues other than mid-section is all road now. Eventually will likely be closed off and may only be able to go up or down Secret menu. Fingers crossed someone works with HH Corp to save or move these great trails. Dryview

mtb Howard Hughes has begun reclaiming the Cleod 9! It was always an eventuality but as of 7/30/22 they started bulldozing the mid section of the Cleod 9. Right after the Secret Menu intersection heading West the Cleod 9 rolls into the wash and into HH land. Shortly thereafter, the trail disappears into a newly cut dirt road. 3 of the doubles have been razed.
Please note that the rest of this trail (From Secret Menu Up) will ultimately suffer the same demise! Ride what is left while you can.		 Dryview
