Ufficialmente il verso di percorrenza lo vedrebbe come salita.
Sta di fatto che la gran parte dei rider la percorre in senso opposto a quello ufficiale, preferendo utilizzare in salita la strada asfaltata Salita di Via Capanna Est.

Il tracciato presenta spesso fogliame, ramoscelli e radici che lo rendono un po' più insidioso di quanto non ci si aspetti, ma comunque la difficoltà è irrisoria.
