Długi - bardzo długi singiel bo liczący 2,2 km od momentu odłączenia się od Ciepłego (z początkowym fragmentem Ciepłego długość linii wynosi ok. 2,5 km). Odcinek do wyjazdu na Długą Polaną jest bardzo kondycyjny i przecina las długimi trawersami. Fragment biegnący skrajem lasu wzdłuż polany jest bardzo techniczny, trasa miejscami odpada krótkimi stromymi ściankami i prowadzi sztucznymi profilami wykopanymi w bardzo stromym zboczu. Dolny odcinek (poniżej polany) to stosunkowa łatwa ścieżka przecinająca rzadki las. Natomiast końcówka trasy jest najtrudniejsza ponieważ opada bardzo stromo po skalistym podłożu poprzetykanym korzeniami (po opadach deszczu ścianka jest wręcz niebezpieczna).
