Very rocky skidder road mainly used by motorbikes, The lower section is not fun to ride on a bike at all. A small section of this trail connects Eastbound and Down and Physiotherapy, Shocktherapy climbing trails, This section has been improved for riding, and directional signs are installed to keep you on track.

My son is trying to clean this. He's almost there, with one dab near the end of Psychotherapy!

Accesses this going down from Lungbuster and we almost missed it. Couple trees down across the top so you couldn’t see the trail. Look for the parks “No motorizes vehicles beyond this point” sign. This is where the trail connects to Lungbuster. Top is a pretty nice ride though down to the Mossum Creek Connector area.

Not sure why it’s described as having 5m, of elevation. It’s more like 50m.
