Double D was the first on Jones park west side and all the other trails here branch from it. It is direct, fast, and a relatively dry run (save one big mud bog near the bottom). Starting from the top (property line), its a gradual pitch down with a few log jumps, then a pedal across a flat, before it drops abruptly and the fun really begins. Some rocks and berms at speed follow, and after a small rock drop, riders bomb the last 150 feet of vertical down an open hillside singletrack. Note as its also serves as the primary route up to the top for all West side trails, keep an eye out for uphill traffic.
