        There are way more trails than the map shows. This flow trail is very fun. I tried to follow the black diamond trail (red signs) made it almost 3 miles then gave up. Somewhat difficult to follow. Was riding on 1in of wet leaves. Would be better if had more use or maintenance.

        Agree with DanZeke above - amazing to have a fun flow trail in fern park. A lot of effort to build, and very excited at the potential. I’m hoping that a climb trail to the top is built (looks to be in process as part of the red trail) and more cleaning up of the many miles available there. The trails at McCauley have transformed the are from a mountain bike no mans land into a true destination. Fern park could really accelerate that and bring some of the tourism and mtb culture to the inlet area and build on the great start that black fly has created.

        Rode new trail today. Was awesome though just ends and have to turn around. If someday inlet can complete this trail for the full 7mi red trail then fern park could follow McCauley mountain and become a true mountain bike destination!
